Obscurity can be infinitely clearer than the clearest day in November. But we don't know. We never know.

You know that girl that always sits in back of you in the first class of the day? And she's real annoying. You always want her to shut up, but you know she won't. It's gone on for like, 4 months, and she's still talking a lot. It annoys the shit out of you, but every time you turn around, she has the most genuine smile on her face. And you realize you wouldn't have your day start any other way.
Artist: The Foreign Exchange feat. Muhsinah
Album: Leave It All Behind
Year: 2008
The Foreign Exchange is the brainchild of rap duo Little Brother's Phonte, and producer Nicolay. The beginning rekindles memorable images of Massive Attack, leading into Phonte's voice, which is admittedly not the greatest for such a soulful song, but Phonte makes the song his own, establishing harmony between his voice Muhsinah's almost haunting backdrop. His falsetto towards the middle of the song in conjunction with Muhsinah's hook is pure excellence. So if you want some chill out R&B, here is your song.
